Oranges are really good fruit for summer season. I would like to know how many calories are in an orange? Its about medium sized..maybe little bit bigger. One of my friend told me there was one calorie in an orange, the other friend said there were 40 calories,I am really confused, anyone know the exact amount of calories ? And yes. I need to count calories in an orange I need to lose 4 kg.
