I am suffering from extra weight gain problem and really want to come out from this problem. I have planned to eat only low calories food that will help me in losing my weight easily. Now i am eating spicy tuna hand roll as one of my meal because someone told me that it contains only 77 calories in it. But my mom said that cucumber is better to eat. So would calories in cucumber hand roll be less?
