Hello people, I love making cream cheese, but hey if you think I am one of those who get cream cheese from the market then you are mistaken. I prepare this delicacy at my house, what say? I believe the one which I make at home is more healthy and nutritious than the one which the market offers. I just want to ask you about the calories in cream cheese, of course homemade. Now the ingredients which I use are
1 quart milk
1/2 lb butter
2 tsp liquid lecithin
1/2 tsp mesophilic cheese culture
1/8 tsp liquid rennet
1/4 tsp salt
I hope this makes a perfect cream cheese. Isn’t it?
