I’m trying to figure out how many calories and grams of protein are in a single ounce of chicken breast.I’ve been finding numbers from 25 to 55 calories per ounce. My chicken breasts are 12.16 ounces. That means they could be as low as 304 calories, to as high as 670 calories!! That’s a huge difference! I’m really upset because of that huge difference. so can anyone give me accurate calories amount present in chicken beast?
