California now planning to ban smoking in car with kids!

If you smoke in your car with your kids inside, very soon you might have to check this tendency because after Arkansas and Louisiana, it is California that is quite likely to impose rules, banning smoking inside cars when children are present.

Supporting this move, Arkansas Democratic lawmakers Bob Mathis says, ‘Do adults have the right to expose children to secondhand smoke? My answer is no.’

This is a good step taken by Californian officials because in most of the cases it has been found that children get tempted to smoke when they see elders smoking. Moreover, this law will keep children away from secondhand smoking and another good thing about this law is that it is going to punish law breakers with somewhat heavy fine because whereas in states like Arkansas a law breaker is charged about $25 as a fine, in California this fine is most likely to be $100.
