Broccoli sprouts: Reducing cancer risks within two months

Cary Miller is up with yet another anti-cancer discovery with Broccoli sprouts. Last time she had mentioned of isothiocyanates fighting bladder cancer and this time it is sulforaphane found in Broccoli sprouts combating gastric cancer.

“Frontiers in Cancer Prevention Research”, presents the working of sulforaphane by protecting cells from DNA damage, which is done by reducing the levels of H.pylori bacteria the main culprit behind gastric cancer.
Another research conducted at the John Hopkins University, injected sulforaphane to a mouse model of UV-light-induced melanoma showed reduced risks of skin tumor.

Thanks Cary, while inclusion of broccoli sprouts extracts seems a distant innovation one can always include it in his diet and see the results within two months of consumption – as per the recommendations of the cancer bulletin.
