Body ecology diet

body clock diet

Body Ecology Diet was introduced by Donna Gates, an expert in the field of health and nutrition. The diet is all about sustaining inner ecology to attain health. Gates has promoted her diet as a complete health solution. The diet focuses primarily on common issues like obesity and excessive weight gain.

Microorganisms in our body have a natural balance that contributes to perfect bodily functions. There are various factors which lead to disruption of the balance among microorganisms. Rich sugar and carb foods are known to be the main factors contributing towards this imbalance.

Body Ecology Diet Explained

The diet is another form of Candida Diet. The diet is formed due to 3 basic principles.

1st Principle  Dieters are recommended to add cultured foods such as organic yogurt, kefir, coconut water, organic milk, and fermented veggies.

2nd Principle You must encourage eating healthy fats. Dieters should opt for quality fats like coconut oils, virgin olive, and flaxseed oil.

3rd Principle  Reduction of sugar and carbohydrate intake is necessary. Concentrated carbs like sweets, fruits, potatoes, and grains must be excluded from this diet. With the improved condition, dieters are recommended to include specific grains, high carb veggies, and fruits.
