The diet is also called Maple Syrup Diet. Beyonce lost 22 pounds in only 14 days by strictly following the particular diet. The diet is liquid based rather than solid food based. The core of this diet is the maple syrup.
The syrup is a mix of lemon juice, water, cayenne pepper and medium maple syrup. You need to drink it in the form of shake. You can have it cold or hot depending on your mood.

The diet is pretty similar to fasting. Beyonce diet does not include any solid foods so other additions have to be made to provide the body with essential nutrients. You can have a cup of laxative tea at night and warm salt water in the morning. Your body will get required nutrition from these sources.

The diet is recommended to continue for 10 days. You must not continue the diet more than 10 days as it can harm your health.

You need to have a perfect ending on this diet. Start drinking fresh fruit and veggies juices for 2 days after the diet finishes.
