Take plenty of sleep

Watch your diet and water intake

Women especially need to take care of their skin during their menstrual cycle, as the hormones change and react differently to various foods in those days of the month. Some women have allergy to dairy products, some to high sugar and oily foods, while some other are allergic to some fruits as well. The use of anti aging products in twenties is good, but too much usage can be bad for your skin, especially for the younger complexions.
