Hello, I am 20 years old and I am very skinny, my doctor advised me to put on weight by following the calorie counter, he suggested me that through a calorie counter I can actually check how much calorie I am consuming in a day, it is correct? Well, I do believe my doctor but the thing is this was something which I couldn’t actually believe, so I preferred to make this site a channel of my question, also do let me know about the benefits of calorie counter.
