Asthma Series: Awareness

It is not enough to be diagnosed as an asthmatic patient; you have to be aware of its causes. In other words, once you have asthma you must look out for its sources before the problem is aggravated. Such situations leave you wondering of what might have gone wrong with a proven therapy.
Recently I came across a ‘health-mind-relationships’ blog, which speaks of being aware of irritants that usually cause breathing problems. Irritants can vary from smoke, dust, breeze, seafood, heavy exercises, so on and so forth. The blogger says that “one has to be primarily aware of the irritants that block his or her bronchial tubes leading to a breathing problem, incessant coughing, or sneezing”. You can always consult a homeopath as he will probe into the history of the illness and chalk out a list if irritants to which you might be allergic. In the next episode I shall throw more light on the hidden culprits of asthma. Thanks health-mind-relationships
