Can someone share some advice tips on how to lose weight fast?

My notion of weight loss is when I can feel healthy without experiencing extra pounds in my body weight. Now, I am trying to work hard on reducing weight and gaining back my confidence, but unfortunately all in vain. I am here to seek some tips on how to lose weight fast? But before any further explanation, I want to mention how much I detest the idea of starving myself to subdue weight? Nevertheless, I can volunteer for strenuous exercises to lose inches from my waist. So, if your advice works for me, it’ll be a great help!
