I have a pioneer elite sc-27 receiver that I purchased in 2010 at an incredible bargain. I currently use a 6.1 speaker setup in my HT. I currently only use my X-Box 360 but have been planning to obtain a BR player once I feel comfortable with the price. Do you think it is time to upgrade to one of the newer Pioneer Elite models or do you think that the improvement would be negligible? Any suggestion and recommendation will be appreciated.
