I have a sony sidekick slide phone roch95 model .yesterday i switched off my phone and now it is not turning on it is showing invalid password ,but my password is correct. the dealer says this is only a password problem so we can’t do anything and that I should put in the correct password or somebody might have changed my password. but my phone always remains with me . i asked them is there any master password so that it can open my phone . he told me to consult the company on my own. the Sony people are not responding. they are not even answering emails. need somebody help if you know something about there master password or a phone number which they will receive??
