I programmed my RCA universal remote and it turns my tv on and off and changes the volume on the programmed tv, but the channels function does not work. When I press the channel button on the remote, a notice pops up on the tv that says, “This function is not available now.” How do I activate the channel function so that my remote will change the channel on my tv? My batteries died in my remote and I have to re-program it but I lost the manual… It says RCR 160TNLM1 on the back.. Can anyone help me with my issue.
