I have a onkyo tx-nr5007 whose sound is not working properly. it has a a large volume control on the right when I am increasing it the sound is getting decreased and when I am decreasing it the sound is getting increased. Tell me what to do as I am a technical person and knows something about A/V receivers. It will help me a lot. Thanks
