Step 1: Make the space for speakers in your ceiling
As we have made markings for the position of speakers on your ceiling before, so now you are ready to make space for your speakers. With the help of Jigsaw or Cutter tool cut the holes with respect to the speaker size. If you donât know the measurement of speakers then no need to worry; the diameter of the speakers is mentioned on the box of speakers.
Step 2. Prepare the wires for the connection between speaker and amplifier
Now measure the length of the holes with respect to the amplifier placement and cut the wires of the same length. It is necessary that you must give your wires an insulation coating by the tape so that the signals must not be distorted by the other electrical connections. Now place the wires from the speaker holes to amplifier.
Step 3. Place the speakers in their respective holes
Now once every thing is ready as the holes are made and wires are placed itâs the time to mount the speakers in the holes. Now solder the end of wire that is available at the speaker hole and a attach them properly with the speakers. Now place the speaker in the hole with the help of tightening the screws through the frame of speakers and holes. On the other end connect the wire ends to the Amplifier Speakers slot.
Step 4: Attach the amplifier with the airport express
Now itâs the time to connect the airport express with your amplifier; with the help of RCA cable join them both; one end at AUX output and other at Amplifier inputs.
Step 5: Setting up the airport express
For this you have to install the software utility to your computer or laptop. Once you installed it then switch on the amplifier and airport express device. In that software connect it with your wi fi network and give it a desired name. once you set it up you are all done. Though there are chances that you might lost the connection so for that you need to have cable to connect your device with your laptop. So that you can play it directly without Wi-Fi.
Step 6: Test your setup
