Hi. I am doing a research on call center software that are widely used in the call centers and other facilities. Came across reading about Interactive Intelligence, which provides call center technologies to the masses. I would like to know that what are the types of videos, audios, simulations and the software’s that these people provide to the workforces or trainees? And are there other online companies like this one that do this good work for the millions of =guys out there?
