My cable provider is not giving good services. I am fed up with him, some time it abruptly stops the transmission and some time its picture quality irritates me. I heard about HD PVR, but have no idea about its functions and quality. Can anyone out there help me to find good one and also tell me about its picture quality and its services in detail. It will be a good help if anyone know their phone number.
