I have two extension cords and use it for TV, speakers and other electric gadget, as main power point is little far from its reach. I make sure to switch it off and unplug it every time whenever I don’t use it. However, a week before I forget to unplug it and when I came back My speakers where not working. So I want to know that does extension cords passes electricity when it is off from its main point.
