I am looking to upgrade my surround sound system and not to spend a lot of money. I plan on getting Klipsch HDT1000 surround sound speakers to go with it. I’ve done some homework and that seems to be a good fit. My question is would the Denon AVR-1610 also be good for floor standing speakers eventually as well? I don’t have to have the best equipment because in all honesty I wouldn’t know the difference, but would like to be able to have the versatility to also have floor standing speakers someday, as I listen to quite a bit of music as well.
