I am getting standard cable TV service through Comcast in the Chicago town. Suggest me If I buy an ATI 650 HDTV card for my computer, would I be able to receive HDTV through the same cable through which I now get the regular TV service? I’ve got an Avermedia TV tuner card in my computer now, and it works well, but I’d like to get a better picture. I learned that Comcast HD charges $5 extra per month for HDTV service. However I will be needed a set-top box. I also want to know as I have already an HDTV tuner, do you need a set-top box?
