Due to work load I often miss watching movies in theaters with my friends. To watch videos and movies I started using CDs. But facing lot of problems whie watching movies through CDs. Referred by friends I want to purchase blu ray burner. I doubt that does it allow to convert video to blu ray movies with high quality? Can I enjoy the movies on my HDTV? Guys help me what would be the best and cheapest one to get hold of? I have a budget of $400.
