Italian designer Linda Schailon did well in realizing her childhood dream by creating the Sprinkle Dress from discarded yogurt containers and garden wire. The dress needs watering to protract the greenery all around it.
When I was just a little girl … I dreamed of caressing the grass under the hot sun and feeling the cool tinkle of water games. It would be nice to bring the nature with oneself, not only in your heart … And that’s why I created Sprinkle the dress to water, made with yogurt cups and garden wire.
While it really asks for some courage to wear the weirdly green dress customarily, the unforced intent to go eco-sensible is simply beyond a question.
