Normally most of the people develop blurred vision as the age shoots higher but if you indulge in regular physical activities even in old age then you may get away from this problem. A new study has disclosed this fact after studying about 4 000 men and women.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) slowly destroy the central vision of the eyes but if you do physical exercises such as climbing stairs, walking then you may keep yourself away from such situation because exercise may lessen your chances of suffering from exudative AMD.
