Twins sisters have more chances of having menopause before normal age. A new scientific study has come out with this idea. Bring out this fact more clearly Dr. Roger Gosden of the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York said:
There appears to be generally a higher probability of premature ovarian failure in twins, both identical and non-identical.
During the course of study a fact crept out that most of the twins sustained POF at the age of 40 and 45.
In the words of Gosden:
There is about a three to five fold increase in the probability of having premature ovarian failure.
I believe this revelation may be hiding answers to the questions of the women who are passing through the phase of early menopause.
