Too much caffeine may pose health risks

You can find caffeine in your foods and drink items from your bed-tea to snacks and chocolates to soda. You can find it even in some medicines for headache. The U.S. National Library of Medicine says that caffeine holds responsible for stimulating the central nervous system. It makes people more attentive and alert.

It says further that some medications contain chemicals and its combination with caffeine in the diet result in the overdose consumed in the body. The over-consumption of caffeine causes headache, nervousness, queasiness, vomiting, hasty heartbeat, bad temper, shuddering and high blood sugar. It may cause abdominal bleeding and diarrhea too.
