Tomatoes to cut cancer risk!

For the centuries red color has been regarded as a color of joy and prosperity and now researchers have also started culling the clues that adding tomatoes to your meal may lessen the chances of your being engulfed by deadly cancer.

Actually, these red tomatoes contain a red-pigmented antioxidant known as lycopene, which is proven to curb the growth of cancer. In the recent years researches have come out with many evidences that state that women who eat diet rich in lycopene have 30 to 50 per cent less chances of clinical breast cancer, which has spurted out massively in the recent years.

So now, whenever you eat, make sure you intake enough tomatoes.
