Proper sleep is necessary for healthy skin, and proper sleep here means 8-10 hours of sleep. It should not be more than 10 hours and should not be less than 8 hours. Excessive sleep may end up in lose skin, whereas less sleep will lead to dark circles and dull skin. Therefore, it becomes important to maintain the proper sleeping hours.

Avoid unnecessary stress

Along with your health, stress is also not good for your skin as well. Stress is one of the main reasons for poor skin and dark circles. To avoid unnecessary stress, you should try some sort of meditation, yoga or breathing exercise. It will not only provide mental relaxation but also bring a new glow to your skin.

Make up makes you look gorgeous but at the same time, it can even become the reason behind your damaged and cracked skin. It does not mean that one should just totally avoid using make up. Make up is good only when you apply it within the limit. Avoid excessive use of it and let your skin look more natural and less artificial.

Drinking

Alcohol is always injurious not only for health but also for skin. It completely destroys your skin and makes it look dull and red. It also causes a great damage to eyes as well. Alcohol destroys the vitamins and minerals in your body and makes it dehydrated. Drinking alcohol very often leads to serious skin disorders.

Excessive exercise

Although exercise is very good for health and skin, but very few people knows that excessive of exercise also results in disaster. You should not do limitless exercise. It is beneficial only when done in limits. It is to be done properly and effectively, so that your body and skin stays fresh forever.
