1. Do not be hopeless. Contact doctors if you do not feel any improvement by the medicines.
2. Develop a habit to take medicines at the same time every day.
3. Use a labeled box for the pills, it will be easy to track the medicines.
4. Use an alarm or other reminders to take the medicines on time.
