i dont for how long i have to watch my crockery with my dishwasher not functioning properly. Doing this has made my nails chip and now with the slightest pressure on them they twitch,turn and give up as they break,and make my manicured nails go down gradually. then when i read about solgar tablets that prove a good help from a magazine .but before ordering it,i wanted to know what are the components that are used in these solgar tablets for giving nail tenacity? do these solgar tablects have any side effects that can in turn can harm my body from within? an account of the solgar tablets is neccessary before i think of taking it.
