Sleep problems may lead to high blood pressure in kids!

After studying 20 children aged 4 to 18, U.S. researchers has come up with a fact, that 60 percent of those children are engulfed by sleep-breathing problems, which is the major cause of high blood pressure in children. Due to sleep-disordered breathing (SDB), a child is not able to breathe while sleeping.

Dr. Alisa A. Acosta avers in this context that it is very important for parents to pay adequate heed if sleep-disordered breathing clutches their child, otherwise this problem may result in poor school performance, hyperactivity, poor growth and even increased blood pressure in the lungs of their child.

So check out, whether you child is clutched by this problem or not and if he is, consult an apposite doctor to find out a way to get out of it.

Hurry! Parents.
