Omega 3 expanding domains to cure skin cancer

A study shows that consumption of Omega 3, fatty acids not only improves cardiovascular health, but also protects the skin from cell damage, that leads to skin cancer.
It is recommended to include Omega3 in daily diet, which is available in cold-water fatty fish (salmon, herring, sardines, anchovies, and mackerel), or supplement it with three capsules of 1000mg of fish, flaxseed, or hemp seed oil per day. Omega 3 fatty acids, includes DHA and EPA that can be operative in reducing the risk of skin cancer.
However, the estimated consumption of Omega 6 is more than Omega 3, when studies show that consumption of the former can promote risks. Reference:
