Kids more likely to beat migraine with age

Don’t worry if your kid is having migraine problem, he’ll soon beat it the moment he steps into adult age.

I am saying this on the bases of an Italian study that examined about 55 youngsters who were between the age group of 11 to 14 and ten years later, they found that youngsters who were having migraines in their earlier age, after ten years they were no longer suffering from this problem. On the other hand, those youngsters who were not victims of migraines in their earlier age, in the later years of their life they were suffering from severe migraines.

So, it is a bad news for the children who are not suffering from migraines but a good news for those children who are suffering from migraines and in the words of Dr. Rosolino Camarda, a neurologist at the University of Palermo:

This is great news for children and teens who are dealing with migraine headache. Most of them will no longer have to deal with these disabling headaches by the time they are adults.

However, by now it would be too early to comment on this because this study has included a small number of children.
