According to study, author Vivian Lewis, a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y:
We think that sperm quality is affected by dietary antioxidant intake.
So, men add more vegetables and fruits to your diet to be keep up your fertility.
