Hollywood Diet is the best way to lose weight quickly. The diet has been practiced by many Hollywood celebrities. Hollywood icons have lost up to 10 pounds within few days by following this diet. The diet is surely an effective weight loss remedy otherwise celebrities would not have followed it.

Hollywood Diet Explained

The diet is flexible and low in carbohydrate. All high carb foods such as bread, potato, sugar and porridge must be eliminated from this diet when you are looking to lose weight rapidly. Dieters are allowed to follow this diet for 1 week. You should follow your normal diet for 1 week before you can again start the Hollywood Diet.

Here are some lists from which you can select foods to include in your diet.

List 1: Fiber

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbs nut paste
  • 1 cup boiled soya
  • 30g nuts
  • 60g low fat cheese
  • 120ml skim milk
  • 110g low fat pork
  • 170g tuna

List 2: Fruits/Veggie

  • 2 fruits
  • 6 cups of raw veggies or salad
  • 3 cups of boiled veggies except corn and peas
  • 60g dried fruits

List 3: Carbohydrates

  • 1 black bread slice
  • 1 small pancake
  • 1 average ear of corn
  • Half cup boiled potatoes or corn, beans and peas
  • Half cup pasta and rice with tomato sauce
  • 2 cups popcorn without butter
  • 15g crackers/potato chips
  • Fruits: apricots, strawberry, lemon segment, pear, grapefruit, sweet cherry and cherry.

Breakfast 1 item from list one and 1 item from list two
Lunch 1 item from list one, 1 item from list two and 1 item from list three
Snack 1 item from list one, 1 item from list two and 1 item from list three
Dinner 1 item from list one and 1 item from list two
