Half of the African-American girls are engulfing puberty in the very early years of their lives. This may seem incredible but it is a hard-core reality. According to experts, most of the African-American girls start showing pubic age symptoms by the time they reach the age of eight year and some girls even start showing these symptoms in the age of 4 or five year.
This is really an alarming signal. Experts are not very sure about the root cause of these factors. However, they blame genetics and environmental factors for this.
