This helps in conditioning the body and the heart and they are much more prepared to bear the burden of the wear and tear of the routine life.

Studies have shown that people performing regular exercises can fight the muscle wasting associated with aging and maintain their strength. Exercise helps to reduce muscle loss and encourages muscle growth and development. This is particularly beneficial for middle aged adults and they can make exercise a part of daily routine to enjoy the anti-aging benefits of exercise.
