I am in search of padma 28 from quite a long time but not able to find any. Someone told me that padma 28 is not available in United States and he also told me that in place of padma 28, padma basic is available and it is made with same formula as padma 28. But I think how it could be possible. If there is any reason that padma 28 is not available in us then how could be padma 28 and padma basic is made with same ingredients? According to me there must be a difference between two. I want to know what that difference is.
