In the last five years, there has been an increase of 20% in the cases of under-18s diagnosed with conditions like alcohol poisoning. This revelation has been put forward by an inquiry of BBC. These figures are adequate to support the fact that more and more children under the ages 18 are turning to alcohol drinking.
According to the figures of NHS Information Centre, there were about 7,500 admissions of such cases to the hospitals. While in earlier five years this figure was 6,288.
This really indicates to the horrific future that kids in UK are heading to. Experts believe that soaring up the prices of alcohol may impede children from drinking.
