If you really wish to increase your exercise stamina, you must include chocolate milk in your daily diet. This suggestion has been put forward after a study conducted by Indiana University.
Before reaching this conclusion, researchers studied some fit athletes. Whereas some of these athletes drank low-fat chocolate milk, some others drank carbohydrate replacement drink. This test was conducted three times. Finally, researchers concluded that participants drinking low-fat chocolate milk exercised 54 percent more than the participants drinking carbohydrate replacement drink did.
This is really interesting news, especially for those who want to do gym workouts for long hours because drinking low-fat chocolate milk may higher up their energy level.
