Are they sure that their fowls will not be affected by the virus? No , they are prejudiced enough and this prejudice has led them to allocate P10million for taking anti-bird flu measures. God forbid, a thing like bird flu affects this beautiful province. However, as long as the fowls are not affected by flu, they can be teared and seared.
