Dr. Aaron Filler, the spine specialist at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, has reasoned that it is because of the faulty evolution of the human spine, that backaches have become such a frequent phenomenon nowadays.

Backache can originate from the nerves, bones, muscles, joints, or any other part in the spinal cord. Did you know that each year back pain is the fifth leading cause of expenditures in U.S. hospitals? At some point in their life, approximately nine out of ten adults have experienced some sort of back pain.
Back pain is also known as dorsopathy. The spinal cord is a complex interconnecting network of nerves, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, all of which are capable of producing pain. Back pain can either be intermittent, chronic, or even be unbearable in nature. Generally backache does not require immediate medical attention; it is self limiting in nature. Inflammation is one of the main causes of pain, and this can last for a period of two weeks to three months. Are you aware that stress can make you more susceptible to backaches? It is due to this reason that many a times, when the stress is reduced then a person recovers faster from back pain.
Be careful with you back, because a bad back can completely erode your quality of life. If observe that your back pain does not get better even after two or three days, you should definitely take some time out and call your health care provider.
