Alkaline diet plan

Alkaline diet

Alkaline Diet Plan has gained immense popularity and attention in recent times. The diet has helped thousands of people to lose weight within a short span of time. There are no side effects of this diet.

Foods to Include in the Alkaline Diet Plan:

  • Vegetables
  • Seeds
  • Legumes
  • Fruits
  • Grains
  • Nuts

In order to get rid of toxins, you need to consume the above-mentioned foods regularly. All the foods mentioned above are high in quality. Natural foods contain the least amount of toxins. It is advised to consume these foods raw. Fruits and vegetables are excellent to eat raw. Sprouted grains are good to eat from the whole grain category.

Don’t go for baked bread. You must avoid eating white bread as they turn into sugar immediately. Whole grain bread is ideal to eat as a snack or breakfast meal.

Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Water helps in washing away toxin material from the body. Drinking 8 glasses of water is recommended to the dieters.
