I have a Brothers MFC 9840 CDW multifunction printer that I use daily. It was working perfectly. But today it started giving a “Printer unable 25” error message. The manual says the printer has a mechanical problem, but then the manual says that I should simply turn the darned thing off and turn it back on after several minutes, and it would correct itself. Apparently, the printer never bothered to read the manual. When I turn it back on, it still insists it has a “printer unable 25” issue. Can someone please tell me, what is this Printer unable 25 problem? And is there anyone who can help me to fix it?
