Yesterday my netbook was stolen. I need to buy a New Computer. I tend to buy the cheapest possible international brand, because I need some quality, but I know that as I am constantly travelling it will get broken or stolen so I’ll spend the minimum this time. I need Windows 7 and MS Office. I have no intention or desire to pay royalties on any software. So can anyone tell me that where i can best one and which brand i should prefer?
