Virgin Mobile Mifi won’t connect

My Virgin Mobile Mifi stopped working suddenly and when I switch it on, it is showing network error. Device is showing the problem of not connecting and now I am getting message of activation error. I have an account on it. Earlier it was working perfectly, but hardly an hour before it starts troubling me. I tried to talk to the company’s support staff, but till now they are unable to respond. I want to know that is anyone having trouble of connection with their Virgin Mobile Mifi?
