My SimpleTech portable hard drive is not working with my new Dell Inspiron N7010 17R. It has windows 7 and it is not recognizing the device when I plug it into my USB port. It is working perfectly with the other Dell Inspiron and Lenovo laptop that has windows XP. I also tried another laptop with windows 7 and that also gave me same problem. Can anyone tell me that, is there any compatibility issues or I need to install something to make it work on windows 7. Please suggest.
