Nokia N9 is available in three different colors Black, Cyan and Magenta. You can get N9 in different models according to the storage capacity. For a 16GB model you need to pay US $650 and if you want a 64GB model then you can get it for around $755. The company is making N9 available step by step in different countries according to demand and market situations.

The up side

Nokia N9 has got all of the plus points with it. When it comes to its size, it is 116.5 mm x 61.2 mm x 12.1 mm in size and weighs only 135 grams which makes it a real smartphone according to standards. The screen size is also 3.9″ that is most appropriate for a smartphone and also makes it more handy and accessible. The camera quality is high and you can even record videos at 720p with its 8MP camera. After all it belongs to Nokia so the best thing about it is its battery life as all other previous phones from this mobile phone giant.

The down side

The negative things are not so much about this phone. Some things are there that can be considered as negative point for this smartphone. First thing is its MeeGo operating system. As it is new in the market, no expectations can be made about its performance and support. Second thing that disillusioned us is that it does not have support of expanding memory with an external memory card. It has more than sufficient memory of 16GB or 64GB. But if you want to take backup of data, you will definitely need an external memory card slot for it. In that case it is a down side.

Our experience

The first look over the phone gives a unique impression over the user. The phone has slate like design with a slim body. The screen is much more brilliant and is scratch resistant with Gorilla glass. We tried its camera, the quality of images taken with its 8 MP camera are excellent but somewhat lags from its N8’s 12 MP camera. We liked the multitouch and multitasking support of the phone. Overall the phone is very handy and smart in this category.

The bottomline

So far we have discussed a lot about the N9 smartphone, its positive sides, its negative sides, our experiences and much more. According to us, the Nokia N9 is a must buy for a Nokia lover and for the persons who care durability along with the quality. It proves its value with the range of functionality that it is providing with it.
