Hi; My new computer only runs in safe mode. In normal mode the screen goes blank after the windows logo had formed on the screen. When I first booted the computer, I could see ‘Windows is starting’ message and the logo forming up. Then the screen went blank with monitor displaying ‘No input signal’. I am very confused and also annoyed, as this is a brand new machine. I need to ask how can I fix this problem. Any suggestions in this matter. Thanks.
